Meditate at home on the Tarot cards!This double CD of guided meditations on specific Tarot cards was inspired by the positive response of students to the Major and Minor Arcana Meditation courses regularly run by Jeni.
Guided meditations into the archetypal energy of Tarot cards can be a profound experience. You gain more than just a greater understanding of the card’s meaning. By immersing yourself in its energy you open yourself to new insights into personal situations and issues.
On each track, Jeni guides your body into a state of relaxation, your spirit into the realms of a particular card.
You then have time to commune with that card to the haunting and evocative music specially created by well-known composer/performer, Piotr (Peter) Nowotnik.
